a fast-paced, non-traditional environment in which you will solve
more system-level diagnostic issues, including M2M troubleshooting.
Reporting to the VP Operations and Professional Services, our
Software Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring
customer satisfaction during every step of problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Tracking detailed information about each customer's
service needs in an on-line database;
- Working knowledge of Operating Systems – Windows & Linux;
- Ability to write Batch Files (Windows) and/or Shell scripts
(Linux);
- Knowledge of Internet Communications / Protocols;
- Strong Database knowledge – (Sybase, MSQL) including
the ability to perform database maintenance tasks;
- Working knowledge of Networks and monitoring tools;
- Ability to use various applications to connect to remote
computers (Terminal Server, PC Anywhere, NETOP, VNC, SSH, FTP,
Telnet);
- Configure, Install, Maintain Networked PCs;
- Working knowledge of Imaging Software (Ghost)

NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
We have an immediate need for a National Account
Executive with technical background and Quick Serve Restaurant
(QSR) experience. This individual will drive sales, manage customer
relationships, and participate in software implementations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Total responsibility for the customer relationship, achieving
goals, and managing growth.
- Understanding and validating customer requirements while
managing the deployment of software and hardware solutions.
- Working on-site with customers and their operating systems.
- Managing roll-outs, and providing site survey information
to customer & technical service
- Interacting with all levels of customer personnel to enhance
our understanding of their business needs and growth opportunities.

Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience working for QSR chain.
- Excellent organizational, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Highly computer literate and Internet savvy with a good understanding
of enterprise applications, operating systems and programming
languages.
- Experience selling enterprise software to Global 5,000 corporations
a plus.
- Solution and ROI selling; ability to develop ROI picture.
- Strong team player capable of leveraging cross functional
resources.
- Proven success at working remotely and independently.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant systems especially POS software.
