SCK™ Direct, Inc. Announces Launch of its
Version 3.0 Software and Services

Total M2M solution delivered to Restaurant and Hospitality
operators via ASP

Stratford, Connecticut. March, 2005 – Ben Koether, Chairman, and Seth Lukash, CEO, of Smart Commercial Kitchen (SCK™) Direct, Inc., a leader in Internet-based remote monitoring and management of restaurant and other related equipment and processes, announced the introduction of SCK™ Version 3.0 software and services. The new version will deliver improved support to restaurant chain owners who wish to enable communications to monitor and manage their kitchen equipment and operations remotely, as well as in-store, via ASP. The M2M (Man-to-Machine/ Machine-to-Machine) capabilities provided via SCK™ Version 3.0 enable remote operations control of Food Quality & Production, Equipment Asset Management and Food Safety Management (HACCP) through individual executable modules or as a total operations solution.

SCK™ offerings include hardware, software, and professional services to deliver a turnkey ASP solution to the restaurant chain operator. By leveraging SCK™ Version 3.0, owners can quickly web-enable their equipment, allowing greatly enhanced food safety and operations monitoring & control.
