Donn Wilson Joins SCK Direct, Inc. Board of Directors

Stratford, Connecticut. October 5, 2007 SCK Direct, Inc., creator of the Internet-based business model for managing and monitoring restaurants, bakeries and food production facilities of all types, is pleased to announce that Donn R. Wilson has joined the company’s management team as a member of its Board of Directors.

Donn is joining SCK’s Management Team at the FS/TEC NAFEM Trade Show in Atlanta, GA next week where industry leaders are gathering to observe the latest in hospitality technology.  Donn will be on hand to exchange ideas and share his experiences with the SCK restaurant installations.  See us at Booth 3446.

Mr. Wilson has 60 years experience in the foodservice business and 10 years in technology.  He was with McDonald’s for 22 years; in restaurant management, as Dean of Hamburger University, as head of Operations & Training, twice as a multi-unit franchisee, started McDonald’s in Australia, and helped them to develop world-wide.  He has been an owner of the Houston Astros and President of Wendy’s of Canada.  Wilson helped Blockbuster to grow to some 3,000 locations in four years and has served as a consultant and interim executive for companies such as Marriott, Sears, Wendy’s, Perkin’s, Blockbuster, Ponderosa, McDonald’s, et al.  He co-founded eBizWorld.com (intranets & extranets) where he served as COO, and Pay by Touch (biometric authentication for loyalty, payment, membership & age verification) where he is Executive Vice President.  Wilson currently serves on the Board of Directors of 8x8, Inc. (Packet8 VoIP), nuSable, Inc. (WaiterPAD POS), MIWOK Airways, Inc. (Air Taxi Services), and WhiteWater Pizza & Pasta, Inc. (restaurants).
