SCK Direct, Inc. Partners with (FAST.), Inc., Documentor, Inc., MICROS Systems, Inc., and NCR Corporation Inc. to launch Quality Production Management

Stratford, Connecticut.  January 28, 2008 – SCK Direct, Inc., the creator of the 'Smart Commercial Kitchen' concept is pleased to announce the completed integration of its Quality Production Management (QPM) kitchen automation solution designed for the Quick Service, Family Dining and Hospitality markets with several leading POS Platforms.

SCK Direct, Inc. (SCK) has partnered with Food Automation – Service Techniques, Inc. (FAST.), Documentor, Inc., MICROS Systems, Inc., and NCR Corp. to integrate its (QPM) solution for various quick service restaurant operators. QPM is one of several software application solutions available from SCK that leverages a fully wirelessly networked kitchen environment.
