—KFC (GB) Adopts and Deploys SCK—

Stratford, Connecticut. February 19, 2009 – The Board of Directors of SCK Direct, Inc. has promoted Christian Koether to Vice President of the Corporation in recognition of his recent achievements.

Christian joined SCK after earning his MBA at the top ranking Amos Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College. Prior to Dartmouth, Christian worked for Nestle in several positions, including managing National accounts. The Board issued this announcement to the staff at SCK:

"Christian has taken a pilot program of SCK, installed in the United Kingdom, and accelerated it into a truly successful customer deployment. Kentucky Fried Chicken (Great Britain) Limited has adopted SCK’s wireless technology and restaurant management software applications, and has deployed the industry’s first truly networked Smart Commercial Kitchen® in all of its company owned stores.

SCK has now implemented successful SCK systems on two continents, seamlessly integrating with back of house software environment and several different Point-of-Sale hardware and software providers. SCK’s latest technology, which has begun deployment in the United States and is available today, will be on display at the AKFCF Convention in Maryland this month.
