The SCK Network is the only end-to-end solution that enables you to link back office, point of sale, cooking equipment, energy management systems and more into one cohesive network leveraging the Internet.

Utilizing any of our SCK products in conjunction with the SCK Network operating system provides you with an extremely powerful tool for intelligently analyzing data both in the store and remotely, resulting in increased food quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, labor efficiency, and profitability. In addition, since multiple store locations can be monitored from the Internet, on-site regulation is virtually eliminated.

Network Overview
The heart of the SCK Network is a 32 bit, Windows NT-based enterprise management software system. This system acts as the central point of data exchange for the appliances, providing interoperability with both POS and Back Office systems. It consists of several different modules which provide data collection, a run-time SQL database, a graphical configuration editor, and report generation tools.

Critical data is easily shared across the restaurant using industry standard open database connectivity (ODBC). The SCK Network can be easily integrated with existing applications to provide a seamless data management system.

In-Store or ASP Architecture
The SCK Network is available as an in-store server, or as a centralized solution running on a hosted Application Service Provider (ASP). You have the option of managing it yourself, or having it managed for you.

Interconnectivity
The SCK Network supports multiple protocol options including TCP/IP, RS232, RS485, RF, wireless, Ethernet, and the FASTLAN™ appliance messaging protocol. This allows information to be shared between different pieces of kitchen equipment. For example, programmable controls on ovens, fryers and grills can send and receive information from holding stations, coolers, freezers, and prep equipment.

The SCK Network is extremely flexible, allowing you to collect, analyze, and report information in any configuration you desire.
